Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of inclusive education strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
• Oversee ICPs and NCCD processes, coordinate targeted interventions, and build staff capability in differentiation and reasonable adjustments.
• Prepare data reports for the Principal and monitor student achievement and behaviour to identify effective interventions.
• Collaborate with parents, school staff, leadership teams, education providers and external agencies to boost student achievement, attendance and community engagement.
