We are seeking a passionate, and motivated leader to join our team as the Director/Coordinator of OSHC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creating engaging, safe, and supportive environments for children while leading a dedicated team of educators. Our service is a 60 student service and consistently growing with the support of our P&C.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of our OSHC service. You will ensure the program operates smoothly, meets compliance requirements, and provides high-quality care and experiences for children. You will work closely with staff, families, and the school community to create a welcoming, inclusive service that reflects the needs of our families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the OSHC team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards, regulations, and policies.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that support children’s wellbeing, learning, and development.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider school community.
  • Manage administration tasks, including rosters, budgets, enrolments, and reporting.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all.
About You
  • Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification).
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership within OSHC or Early Childhood.
  • Strong knowledge of My Time, Our Place framework and NQF.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making.
  • Current Blue Card/Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.
