Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading large-scale capital works and infrastructure programs ($5m–$50m+).
• Proven strength in strategic planning, project governance, contract negotiation, and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• A strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the creation of transformative environments.
• Experience within the higher education or public sector will be highly regarded.
