Job summary

Dentsu is recruiting a Director (AI Engineering) to establish AI engineering as a discipline and drive a portfolio of AI-driven marketing products. You will own architecture, evaluation standards and guardrails while delivering multiple products in production.

This is a permanent role with a hybrid setup in Sydney or Melbourne. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape AI strategy and market-facing capabilities, accelerating Dentsu’s AI initiatives through 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI engineering initiatives with production-grade platforms.
• Strong software engineering foundation and cloud experience.
• Ability to translate tech direction into business impact.

Responsibilities
