A community-based not-for-profit organization in Liverpool is seeking a Director for their new early childhood centre. The role offers a generous salary up to $130,000 + super and comes with career progression opportunities. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and possess a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. The Centre
This beautifully presented 70-place long day care centre is a brand new purpose built service. Scheduled to open in early 2026.
The opportunity
This is a highly attractive full time permanent role at a not for profit centre. You'll have high levels of autonomy in your role and will be responsible for maintaining the positive and collaborative culture. You will also be supported by an experienced area manager who will help you on site in the early stages. Working in collaboration with the leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to implement your strong curriculum knowledge and pedagogy to inspire and engage children and educators alike. The ideal Director
You’ll ideally have a minimum of two years experience as a centre director with further experience in both the assessment and rating process and developing a QIP. You'll have strong leadership abilities and present with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively promote the service within the local community.
