Job summary

Judo is redefining business banking for Australian SMEs. This role centers on empowering and supporting SMEs, managing client and partner relationships, and driving growth through a client-centric lending proposition with the help of seasoned lenders.

You will champion pragmatic financial solutions, stay ahead of economic trends, and build strong networks across the SME landscape. Hybrid work options are available to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to execute in > $15M space across large & complex trading business transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to originate transactions.
• Proficient in credit writing and financial analysis.
• A self-starter with a proven ability to build networks.

Responsibilities

• Independently addressing the financial needs of businesses with a pragmatic approach.
• Staying abreast of economic trends and their impact on businesses.
• Building robust relationships with both customers and business partners.
• Championing teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.
