• Degree/qualifications in Development Practice, Public Policy, International Relations, Business, Project Management, Government, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership of UQID's project delivery portfolio, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Lead complex international development projects with governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, donors, partners and faculties.
• Drive continuous improvement through scalable systems, policies and processes for delivery outcomes.
• Lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary delivery teams to achieve targets and impact.
• Contribute to business planning, tender development, contract negotiations, forecasting and strategy.
