Job summary

Defence Housing Australia is seeking a Director HR Strategy to lead the enterprise workforce strategy, shaping capability, leadership capacity, culture and organisational maturity to meet its strategic objectives.

The role sits in the Human Resources Branch, providing leadership across workforce planning, organisational development, leadership capability and employee experience to deliver an integrated workforce strategy aligned with DHA's evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• The Director HR Strategy leads DHA's enterprise workforce strategy, ensuring capability, leadership capacity, culture and maturity to deliver strategic objectives.
• The role provides enterprise leadership across workforce planning, organisational development, leadership and capability development, and employee experience.
• This is a Non-ongoing Engagement for up to 12 months with possible extension or permanency.
• Eligibility: Australian citizenship, medical standards, and security clearance are required.
