Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Director – Gas Turbine Facility Development to lead the delivery and technical strategy for gas turbine projects across Australia and NZ. You will oversee front-end feasibility, concept design, and owners engineer activities while coordinating with clients, contractors, and OEMs to ensure delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience leading gas turbine facility development programs.
Delivery leadership across multi-discipline teams in energy projects.
Strong front-end technical feasibility and concept design capabilities.
Proven ability to manage Owners Engineer roles and procurement for gas turbine projects.

Responsibilities

Lead Gas Generation project delivery across Australia, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Direct technical workstreams for gas turbine facility development across process, mechanical, electrical domains.
Prepare functional and technical specifications and support procurement/evaluation of gas turbines and balance of plant equipment.
Oversee project delivery from inception to commissioning within client budgets and schedules.
Support business development through bid/proposal activities and client engagement.
