Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Deputy / Fleet Sustainment Integration Lead to drive end-to-end readiness across planning and execution in Canberra. You will integrate availability planning, defect resolution, and fleet demand while coordinating with Navy interfaces and sustainment organizations.

The role requires extensive experience in fleet sustainment with leadership capabilities to shape short- and long-term readiness strategies and ensure proactive readiness outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fleet sustainment, availability planning, or operational readiness (12–15+ years preferred).
• Experience with Navy interfaces and sustainment coordination across commands.
• Hands-on familiarity with US SSN operations and sustainment cycles (VCS preferred).
• Strong ability to integrate availability planning, maintenance execution, and demand signals.
