This position provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Rottnest Island Authority’s (RIA) Corporate Services functions including finance, procurement, risk, governance, IT, insurance, facilities, policy, records, and workplace health and safety. The Director ensures robust corporate systems and practices are in place to support the RIA’s business operations, statutory responsibilities and strategic objectives. The role advises the Executive Director, Board and Minister, and drives business improvement initiatives aligned to the evolving commercial, compliance and service delivery environment of the RIA. It is also responsible for shaping the strategic direction and performance of the Corporate Services team and contributes as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
