What's involved – The role of Director Connected Care will lead the Central West General Practice network in delivering excellence in general practice and integrated primary health care to the communities of Central West and positively impact whole-of-system effectiveness and efficiency outcomes. Provide highly developed leadership skills and knowledge to manage the complex operational, financial, business, risk, transformation, and strategic needs of this unique primary healthcare service structure.
