Help shape the next stage of Horsell’s growth
This is a greenfield leadership role in a mature, well-established professional services business that is already performing strongly and entering its next phase of scale.
We are seeking a commercial, people-focused delivery leader to take real ownership of client delivery, team performance, and organic growth across our existing client base.
Working directly with the Managing Director and alongside our Director – Business Development, you will form part of Horsell’s core leadership team, responsible for translating opportunity into high-quality outcomes, protecting margin, and building a scalable delivery engine.
This role suits someone who enjoys running the engine of a professional services business — leading people, delivering work well, and continuously improving how services are delivered.
As Director – Client Delivery & Growth, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all signed work and the growth of existing client relationships across consulting, technical communications, and technology-enabled services.
You will lead our consulting workforce, own delivery performance, and design delivery models that enable the business to do more with less while maintaining quality and client trust.
Competitive Salary & Bonus: Strong base package up to $150,000 plus super plus uncapped performance-linked bonuses.
Work–Life Balance: This is a hybrid role working from the office and from home as required.
Career Growth: Backed by a minimum $5,000 annual development fund and clear pathways for progression.
Applicants must hold, or be eligible to hold, an AGSVA Security Clearance.
Experience in government, defence-adjacent, infrastructure, transport, utilities, or regulated environments is highly regarded.
Founded in 2007, Horsell is a 100% Australian-owned, family and veteran-led professional services firm. We specialise in consulting, technical communications, and technology services
Note: This role is not an appointment as a director under the Corporations Act.
