Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment seeks a senior finance leader in Australia to work with the CFO and Investment team, owning capital management, forecasting, portfolio analysis and risk. You will influence major investment decisions and drive finance system evolution across debt, equity and hybrids.

The role offers broad exposure and the chance to shape finance capability with a discretionary bonus and a base up to AUD 300k. Flexible location across Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra or Perth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Commercial Finance, treasury, capital management or investment finance.
• Strong ability to forecast, model and analyse portfolio performance.
• Proven track record influencing senior leaders and committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital management, forecasting and portfolio planning.
• Analyse returns, cash flows, liquidity and deployment.
• Lead scenario analysis and stress testing.
• Manage financial risk across rates, FX and investments.
• Partner with Investment teams on structures and performance.
• Support complex investment accounting across debt, equity and hybrids.
• Improve finance systems, reporting, data and analytics.
• Provide commercial insight to senior leadership and committees.
