Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Director of Microsoft Engineering to lead and scale our Azure security practice across the region. You will shape the future of our Azure cloud security offerings, driving cross‑functional collaboration and delivering customer‑centric cloud security solutions to accelerate digital transformation.

You will lead high‑performing teams, partner with customers and Microsoft, and drive revenue growth while advancing innovation in cloud security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystems, enterprise landing zones and well‑architected frameworks.
• Strong leadership experience and ability to mentor teams.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement to build relationships with senior leaders.
• Financial and commercial acumen with pricing and business growth focus.
• Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement and rapid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑performing teams, fostering empowerment and accountability.
• Define and drive the Azure-based cloud security strategy and future direction.
• Drive regional business growth, meet financial targets and optimise capacity.
• Support sales and presales teams on Microsoft Azure opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with customers, Microsoft, and internal teams.
• Publish thought leadership and present Azure strategy insights.
• Develop productised services, including Azure collateral and automation workflows.
