Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Nominated Supervisor - Director for the Springwood Early Learning service. You will lead a team of qualified educators, oversee operations for quality compliance, and drive curriculum decisions to foster belonging and wellbeing.
This permanent full-time role sits within a service operating 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a generous salary package including a Director’s Allowance and salary packaging options.
For over 20 years, Uniting Kids Care Early Learning Springwood has supported families in our community with education and childcare, including a preschool program. We are open long hours for children from two to five years. Conveniently located near leafy Buttenshaw Park and in the spacious grounds of the Springwood Uniting Church, our service offers warm and welcoming indoor learning spaces and stimulating outdoor environments that are designed to inspire and engage. This is a permanent full time opportunity to be a Nominated Supervisor - Director to lead and mentor a team of qualified Educators!
