Exciting Career Opportunity: Direct Care Worker (Residential) at Kimba Hospital

Are you passionate about providing high‑quality care and making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker (Residential) to join our team and provide direct client services to residents of our Residential Care Home.

As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you will work closely with health professionals and be part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team. Your role will involve assisting in the delivery of personalised care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity, respect and kindness.

You will be accountable to the Executive Officer / Director of Nursing (EO / DON), and your contributions will directly support the overall well‑being and comfort of residents. You will be integral in helping to enhance the quality of life for those in our care, providing a safe and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in exercising one's judgment and initiative in the day‑to‑day execution of a position.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
