  • Salary: $29.70 – $30.01 per hour + 25% casual loading
  • Eligibility: Open to Everyone

About the Role

The Direct Care Worker (Residential) assists in providing direct care services to residents of the Residential Care Home. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the role works closely with health professionals and forms part of a multi‑disciplinary team, ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, and person‑centred care.

What We’re Looking For
  • Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
  • Proven experience exercising personal judgment and initiative in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Experience providing direct care in a health‑related field.
  • Experience caring for aged, frail, or disabled persons.
  • Proficiency with computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
