About the role:

As Lead Educator, you will:

  • design engaging play‑based programs
  • guide the planning cycle and support reflective practice
  • coach and mentor educators to build capability and confidence
  • embed the EYLF and NQS across daily practice
  • build strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • contribute to a warm, collaborative and child‑centred culture
What you bring:
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent) completed before October 2025
  • Minimum twelve months of room or team leadership experience in an Australian early learning service
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a valid Blue Card
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and planning cycle
  • Confidence in mentoring, family engagement and navigating challenging conversations
  • Full‑time availability, ideally on a rotating roster
