ANZUK Education, in partnership with a reputable Early Childhood Centre in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, is seeking a Diploma Educator to join their team on a full-time basis.

The centre has over 10 years of experience serving local families, focusing on high-quality programs and a collaborative culture with ECT room leaders and an experienced management team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Proven experience in Australian Early Childhood Education settings.
• Valid Working With Children's Check and current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ECT trained Room Leaders and management to deliver high quality programs.
• Contribute to a child-centered learning environment and family engagement.
• Demonstrate teamwork and professional communication within a supportive centre.

The Opportunity

ANZUK is proud to partner with a reputable Early Childhood service within the Maroubra area in their search for a Diploma Educator to join them on a full time basis.

The centre has been supporting families for over 10 years and has formed deep bonds with the local community. This is a fantastic chance to join a beautiful community-focused Early Learning Centre where the children and their families are at the heart of what they do.

The centre is extremely team-focused and have succeeded in creating a culture build on collaboration and support. You will benefit from working closely with ECT trained Room Leaders and a highly experienced management team to develop and deliver high quality programs throughout the service.

• Qualification:Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Staffing:Very low staff turnover. Service consistently maintains staffing levels above the required ratio, with their friendly and longstanding team!
