Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education.
• A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with families and children, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
• Assist with continuous improvement of rooms and centre.
• Engage with Centre Management on activities and initiatives.
