BFS Children’s Services in Wilton is seeking a Diploma Educator for BFS Bingara Gorge Early Learning. You’ll deliver high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 in a modern facility, with rich play-based learning and wellbeing routines.

You’ll contribute to planning educational activities, building strong relationships with families and the local community, and model safeguarding practices in a supportive team environment.

Right now, we’re looking for a Diploma Educator for BFS Bingara Gorge Early Learning - an ‘Exceeding NQS’ rated service in Wilton. What makes this place special is the unique community spirit that you’ll feel part of. The experienced team of educators and teachers care for up to 117 children aged 0-5, in our modern purpose-built facility that has two large open-plan spaces developed from natural outdoor play environments. With meditation, yoga and brain breaks embedded into our daily routine, it’s just one way we’re looking after everyone’s wellbeing.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping young minds. You’ll create happy, healthy relationships between a child and the most important people in their lives. You’ll bring fun, laughter and play to each day, but most importantly, you’ll create magical moments for children to experiment and grow.

• Evidence of completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course
