Job summary

Early Learning Victoria Avoca is opening in 2027 co-located with Avoca Primary School. This 57-place centre will provide long day care, three-year-old and four-year-old kindergarten programs, guided by evidence-informed practice.

You will join a team delivering high-quality early childhood education in an accessible community setting. The role emphasizes strong communication with families, adherence to the National Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks, and developing learning plans

Qualifications

• Diploma-qualified early childhood educator delivering play-based programs.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and National Quality Framework.
• Experience supporting families and working with vulnerable children is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
• Coordinate an environment where children flourish aligned with standards.
• Develop and deliver integrated teaching strategies tailored to each child.
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues in an inclusive setting.
