Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a friendly Food Services Officer for Springwood Greens Care Community in NSW. You’ll help deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents, assist with meal service, and work as part of a supportive hospitality team in a community-focused setting.

The role offers permanent part-time, full-time, or casual opportunities with penalty rates on weekends/public holidays and 12% superannuation, plus paid parental leave. Training and onboarding will be provided.

Qualifications

• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create enjoyable dining experiences for residents.
• Assist with meal service, including plating, serving meals and beverages, and supporting resident choice.
• Work as a key part of a supportive team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all residents.
• Follow strict safety, sanitary, and infection control protocols in all tasks.
