• Experience in ecommerce, digital trading, online merchandising or customer experience.
• Strong commercial mindset and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Confidence using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Merchandise and Brand teams.
• Agility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
