A Digital Project Manager at Arinco leads client-facing, end-to-end projects, translating complex tech into business value and ensuring successful outcomes across a portfolio of customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in end-to-end project delivery within large organisations.
• Experience with Microsoft tech stack or AI/Data/Cloud environments.
• Certifications in project management methods are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery in a customer-facing role from initiation to completion.
• Apply PM best practices, balancing scope, time, cost and value for customers.
• Manage multiple concurrent project streams with oversight and prioritisation.
• Switch contexts quickly and adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.
• Utilise methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, DSDM or Prince2 to optimise outcomes.
• Facilitate change management within transformational projects.

Who are you and what you'll do

A Digital Project Manager at Arinco is a seasoned consultant and vital member of our team, bringing expertise across the full project lifecycle.

Beyond managing timelines and deliverables, you are a strategic partner - an active listener who translates complex technology concepts into clear business values.

In this client-facing role, you collaborate closely with customers to drive impactful project outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you ensure seamless delivery across our portfolio of customers within Arinco, balancing technical expertise with business acumen to achieve success

Our ideal person will have

• Lead end-to-end project delivery in a customer facing role, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion
• Apply project management best practices to keep project on track, balancing scope, time, cost and financial constraints, while ensuring customers satisfaction
• Effectively manage multiple concurrent project streams, maintaining oversight, prioritisation and control
• Easily switch contexts between tasks and/or projects, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs as required
• Apply expertise in one or more leading methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, DSDM, Prince2 to optimise project execution and drive successful outcomes.
• Facilitate and lead change management particularly withing transformational complex projects
• Drive and apply a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Take ownership of project success, defining and driving ways of working, ensuring clear approaches, effective facilitation and tangible business value
• Be a thought leader and trusted advisor, demonstrating stakeholder management across both technical teams and senior business leaders

Key requirements

• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end project delivery, extensive experience across the Microsoft tech stack in either; AI/Data/Modern Work and/or Cloud environments
• Experience in risk management, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies
• Strong understanding of modern technologies to effectively engage with technical teams and ensure seamless project execution
• Significant demonstrable experience managing multiple/concurrent project streams
• Certifications across a variety of methodology practices and tools
• Experience working in large, complex organisations such as financial, government, mining and utilities - aligning with our diverse customer portfolio
• Ability to adapt project management style, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs
• Strong understanding of change management within transformation and/or complex projects
• Strong accountability and ownership mindset, driving best practices and structured methodologies to maximise business impact
• Ability to work in multi-vendor environments, ensuing collaboration and alignment across teams
• Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build report with stakeholders at all levels in a clear, concise and personal manner
