Core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Work with clients and multidisciplinary teams to align project objectives, influence decision‑making, and ensure successful implementation of project deliverables.
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, reporting and the application of the right project management methods and tools.
  • Provide effective management and support to project teams.
  • Manage risk, budgets, and forecasting with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and accountability across deliverables.
  • Uphold high standards of delivery and compliance, ensuring project outputs meet stakeholder expectations and business goals.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, helping shape the way Liquid delivers projects.
To be successful you’ll need:
  • Capable and confident with strong project management and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing and coordinating projects in website delivery / digital or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with attention to quality and detail.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting and resource planning.
  • Experience working across Health or Government is beneficial, but not mandatory.

  • A collaborative, supportive team who genuinely care about doing great work.
  • Opportunities for learning, innovation, and growth.
  • Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.
  • A culture built on curiosity, respect, creativity, and continuous learning — we call it The Liquid Way.
