Job summary

Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Digital Parking Officer to administer the digital parking permit system, processing applications, renewals and variations in line with policy.

You will deliver high-quality customer service to residents, businesses and community organisations, assess complex permit applications with sound judgement, and support parking technology systems while contributing to service improvements and documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Council's digital parking permit system, processing applications, renewals and variations in accordance with policy.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by assisting residents, businesses and community organisations with permit enquiries and applications.
• Assess complex permit applications, applying eligibility criteria and exercising sound judgment to achieve consistent outcomes.
• Support and maintain parking technology systems, identify system and process improvements, and contribute to digital parking service enhancements.
• Develop and maintain business processes, procedures, communications and supporting documentation to ensure efficient and customer-focused service delivery.
