About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will help shape the company's digital strategy and campaigns that generate high‑quality MQLs & SQLs. Working closely with a highly skilled designer, you will oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, HubSpot automation, and analyse campaign results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Lead Generation
- Build and execute multi‑channel digital campaigns that consistently deliver high‑quality leads.
- Own HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, segmentation, dashboards, and reporting.
- Analyse campaign performance to optimise conversions, ROI, and funnel health.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create website landing pages, EDMs, lead magnets, and nurture journeys that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Brand & Digital Content
- Provide support in the creation of online content and creative assets for product launches, branding campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral (brochures, flyers, banners, event signage, digital assets, infographics, and presentations).
- Maintain brand guidelines and manage digital assets, templates and libraries.
- Produce compelling B2B content tailored to industrial and commercial audiences.
Social Media & Online Presence
- Manage the company website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube channels with a strong focus on storytelling and audience growth.
- Build content calendars, schedule posts, and review performance insights to refine strategy.
- Enhance the company's digital presence by consistently producing engaging and industry‑relevant content.
Events, Trade Shows & Collateral
- Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events, including logistics, stand design, campaign promotion, and post‑event lead capture.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Brief and manage agencies and contractors to deliver high‑quality output and results.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing with commercial outcomes.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in digital or integrated marketing (B2B/industrial preferred)
- Highly proficient in HubSpot CRM, automation, analytics, and lead management
- Strong skills in website management, HTML, SEO, SEM, and data‑driven optimisation
- Experience overseeing the production of digital content, brand assets, and sales collateral
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
- Creative storyteller with commercial thinking and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is an advantage, but not essential for the role
