Talent Realised is building a B2B SaaS GTM engine where reporting is still being built and you’ll shape it. You’ll own campaign orchestration end to end, briefing agencies and building live campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic display, email, events and ABM, and ensure quality before go live.
This full-funnel role expects hands-on ownership with Salesforce and Marketo to view real-time performance, forecast and optimise pipeline mid-flight.
The business behind this one is a B2B SaaS platform that treats its go to market engine like an actual engine. Paid media, marketing automation, RevOps and sales are all wired into the same numbers instead of six different spreadsheets pretending to talk to each other, and ABM tooling like 6Sense is already in the mix. It's not the finished article yet, and that's exactly the appeal. The reporting is still being built out, which means whoever lands this seat gets to shape it rather than just live inside someone else's dashboard.
You'll own campaign orchestration end to end, briefing the agency and building out live campaigns across LinkedIn paid, Google Ads, programmatic display, email, events, webinars and ABM, and holding the line on quality before anything goes live. Hand you a campaign ID and you should be able to tell us within minutes that LinkedIn is carrying the weight while paid search is coasting, then shift the budget accordingly. That's the level of hands on this role runs at, most days, not just when a report is due.
This is a full funnel seat with ABM literacy built in, not an ABM specialist role, so if you've only ever run one to few campaigns this will stretch you. You should be comfortable enough with Salesforce and Marketo to pull your own view of what's actually happening, and confident enough to tell a growth marketing manager that their brief for 400 MQLs doesn't add up against an audience of 200. Bonus points if your best interview story isn't the campaign that went perfectly, but the one that went sideways and what you did about it.
Exposure to campaigns running into North America as well as ANZ is highly desired, and a MiniMBA in Marketing or a genuine deep read on marketing effectiveness rounds things out nicely, though neither is a dealbreaker.
