  • Affiliate & Partner Campaigns: Set up affiliate campaigns (e.g., via Impact), generate tracking links, coordinate promotional assets with partners, and monitor traffic and ticket sales performance.
  • Brand & Campaign Execution: Organize event details and creative assets from internal stakeholders; ensure strict adherence to TEG/Ticketek brand guidelines; manage campaign booking calendars to balance digital promotions.
  • Reporting & Administration: Draft compliant marketing copy (SPAM Act/privacy rules); gather post-campaign social and web analytics; deliver general operational support to the broader marketing department.
Capabilities to Bring

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Education/Experience: Marketing/Comms degree OR 1+ year in a digital marketing/content support role.
  • Content Creation: Hands‑on experience filming/editing short‑form video (CapCut, Reels, TikTok) with a strong grasp of social trends.
  • Copywriting: Excellent written communication skills tailored for digital platforms.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficient in social management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later), MS Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Compliance: Basic understanding of Australian privacy laws and the SPAM Act.
  • Key Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong at multitasking.
  • Flexibility: Willing to travel domestically and work outside standard office hours for live events.
Desirable Experience & Skills
  • On‑camera confidence to conduct fan interviews or vox pops at events.
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create or edit digital marketing assets
  • Exposure to web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) or affiliate marketing networks.
