Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital literacy and capability programs in large organisations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, Copilot and modern workplace tech.
• Ability to develop learning strategies that boost digital capability and productivity.
• Strong design, facilitation and delivery of instructor-led, online, and self-service learning.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and adoption outcomes.
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in learning.
