Job summary

The ACT Government's Future Capability Branch is seeking a Business Partner on a full-time temporary contract with a possibility of permanency to drive engagement and client service across the Digital Health Group in the ACT public health system.

You will lead the digital health ICT intake front door, collaborate with architects to shape initiatives, manage governance pathways, and build trusted relationships with clinical and business stakeholders to improve demand visibility and service

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain NV1 security clearance.
• Pre-employment National Police Check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital health ICT intake front door and be the primary intake point for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to align initiatives with architecture principles and strategic direction.
• Coordinate concept development, research spikes, and governance pathways through intake and triage processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinical and business stakeholders, guiding digital pathways and service engagement.
• Improve visibility and communication of demand, status, and next steps across stakeholders.
• Undertake other duties as appropriate to the Directorate.
