Job summary

Tabcorp in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Manager Financial Crime Risk & Compliance – Digital to shape how financial crime risk is identified and managed across digital products and customer experiences. You’ll lead a specialist team, translate regulatory obligations into practical outcomes, strengthen controls, and partner with product and technology teams to embed compliance into systems.

Experience leading financial crime risk in a complex, regulated organisation.
Ability to translate regulatory obligations into practical outcomes.
Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist advice to digital leaders on financial crime risks, obligations and emerging issues
Lead financial crime risk assessments for new products, technologies and changes to customer journeys
Partner with product and technology teams to embed effective controls into systems and processes
Oversee financial crime incidents, remediation and control effectiveness activities
Lead quality assurance outcomes and use findings to strengthen compliance practices
Coach and develop specialist compliance and quality teams, building capability and accountability
