Job summary

dentsu is seeking a Digital Executive to join the Sydney team. You will execute high-performing campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic and Video, set up and optimise campaigns, and turn data into actionable insights for clients.

You'll work with specialists, partners and client teams, stay ahead of platform updates, manage budgets and deliver campaigns with precision. The role offers a permanent, full-time path in a global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-performing digital campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic and Video.
• Get hands-on with campaign setup, optimisation and performance analysis across leading platforms.
• Turn data into insights and insights into action, helping clients achieve stronger business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and contribute ideas that drive results.
• Collaborate with specialists, platform partners and client teams to deliver best-in-class digital work.
• Stay across the latest platform updates, digital trends and emerging opportunities.
• Help manage budgets, reporting and campaign delivery with precision and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in digital media, with Search experience preferred and exposure to Social or Programmatic a bonus.
• A passion for digital marketing and a curiosity for what drives performance.
• Strong platform, reporting and optimisation skills, backed by a data-led approach.
• The ability to spot trends, identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
• Meticulous attention to detail and confidence managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients, partners and teammates.
