We're seeking a Digital Engineering Coordinator to support the delivery of iconic infrastructure projects across Canberra, including the Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre (LMWQCC). Working across design, construction and project delivery teams, you'll play a key role in coordinating BIM models, managing digital workflows and driving collaboration to support safe, efficient and high quality project outcomes.
We're looking for someone with advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and industry BIM standards, and experience coordinating multidisciplinary models within major infrastructure environments. If you're passionate about BIM, VDC and digital coordination, this is an opportunity to make a real impact on one of Canberra's most significant infrastructure projects.
The Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre (LMWQCC) Upgrade is a major wastewater infrastructure project in Canberra, ACT, being delivered for Icon Water under its Major Projects Delivery Program. The project is being undertaken through a joint venture between Seymour Whyte and VINCI Construction Grands Projets, alongside design partner Beca HunterH2O, bringing together expertise in large-scale water and civil infrastructure delivery.
The project involves upgrading and expanding the existing wastewater treatment facility to improve treatment efficiency, increase plant capacity, and support Canberra’s growing population. Key works include the construction of a new membrane bioreactor capable of treating up to 97 megalitres of wastewater per day, along with upgrades to critical treatment systems across the plant. Sustainability is also a key focus, with initiatives including renewable energy use, recycled water during construction, and the reuse of on‑site materials where possible.
We are a successful civil contracting business that has been operating in Australia for over 35 years. With the agility and personal connection of a Tier 2, yet the expertise of a Tier 1, and the enhanced resources of one of the largest, world‑class construction companies, VINCI, our employees and clients get the best of three worlds.
As a progressive, leading civil engineering firm built on the strong foundations of our unique history, we engage, enable and empower our people to be better. With you, we are altogether stronger, in building the future we want.
Many of our projects are located in regional areas or on sites without access to public transport, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
