Job summary

Salt is seeking a proactive Content Coordinator to drive digital content projects and coordinate with not-for-profit organisations. You will source, create and distribute educational content across multiple digital channels, while managing timelines and dependencies.

You’ll engage with stakeholders, oversee podcasts and video production, and contribute to community growth and channel distribution, in a role focused on project management, content creation and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or managing digital marketing, content or communications projects.
• Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating digital content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content activities with not-for-profit organisations and stakeholders.
• Lead digital content initiatives including micro-learning, podcasts and short-form video.
• Coordinate video content production with videographers and partners.
• Manage podcast workflows from planning to publication and guest prep.
• Grow online communities and distribute content across website, webinars and social channels.
