Job summary

Orange Sky Australia is seeking a Digital & Social Communications Support Officer to assist the marketing and communications team on a three-month full-time contract in Darwin. You will support digital campaigns, manage website content, and help with social media and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital communications, marketing or similar role.
• Strong written communication, copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience managing website content and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of social media trends, best practice and content creation.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a team.
• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of digital marketing and communications campaigns.
• Update website content using content management systems.
• Support social media activity, content planning and community engagement.
• Write and edit content for websites, social media, EDMs and publications.
• Coordinate advertising bookings across digital and traditional media channels.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on campaign performance.
