Mackay Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Digital Change & Learning Trainer to deliver classroom and one-on-one training for clinical and non-clinical staff across Mackay, Isaac, and Whitsunday regions. You will support the Digital Health Solutions team in promoting adoption of ieMR and related digital tools.

The role emphasises collaboration, flexible delivery, and contributing to change management and education opportunities within a large regional health service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to clinical and non-clinical streams.
• Provide support to other team members in Digital Health Solutions.
• Deliver effective computer-based training to support multi-disciplinary end user adoption of digital applications.
