Techforce Personnel Pty Ltd in Townsville, Queensland is seeking experienced Digger Operators for a permanent role in a leading coal mining operation. You will operate diggers and ancillary mining equipment within a high-performing production team on a 7/7 lifestyle roster.

Successful candidates will hold current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical, have 2+ years of production mining experience, and be available for FIFO/DIDO from Mackay or Townsville.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years production mining experience required.
Experience operating excavators and dozers in production mining.
Valid Standard 11 (S11).
Valid Coal Board Medical.
Training transcripts required.
Clean NPC (within 6 months).
Strong safety focus and ability to work in a team environment.
Must be available for rostered FIFO/DIDO work.

Responsibilities

Operate a range of production mining equipment including diggers and ancillary mobile plant
Support load and haul operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently
Conduct pre-start inspections, hazard identification, and routine equipment checks
Follow all site safety systems, procedures, and operational requirements
Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to maintain safe and productive operations
