Job summary

Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Diet Supervisor to lead the Diet Office, supervise CBORD system and Formula Room operations, and coordinate meal management to deliver patient-centred nutrition services. You will rostering, leave management, staff coordination, and collaborate with Dietetics, Food Services and IT teams to ensure accurate diet ordering and delivery.

A relevant certificate or diploma in nutrition/food service is required, with experience in nutritional screening

Qualifications

• Experience supervising diet office operations and meal management.
• Experience with nutritional screening and clinical duties.
• Certificate or qualification in nutrition/food service as listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Diet Office, CBORD system and Formula Room, ensuring efficient, patient-centred nutrition services.
• Supervise Diet Office and Formula Room operations, including rostering, leave management and staff coordination.
• Lead the management, maintenance and optimisation of CBORD, Cerner and other diet office systems to support accurate diet ordering and meal delivery.
• Monitor staffing, stock levels, nutritional supplements and equipment to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
