Job summary

NSW Health in Griffith is seeking a Diet Supervisor to oversee dietary services at Griffith Base Hospital. You will manage meal planning, inventory, and schedules while supporting Dietitians and Dietitian Assistants in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with health share on meal delivery, maintaining compliance with NSW Health and MLHD policies, and driving quality improvement and operations in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar support role within a complex organisation.
• High level computer skills including CBORD and Windows-based applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dietary services ensuring compliance with NSW Health and MLHD policies.
• Track patient intake and meal preferences; coordinate meal delivery with health share.
• Provide operational oversight and support to Dietitian Assistants and supervise the team.
