WSB Distributors in Loxton/Murray Mallee is seeking a trade-qualified Diesel Technician, 2–3 years post-apprenticeship preferred; recent graduates with proven ability are encouraged to apply.

Join a family-owned agricultural machinery business that values life outside work, offers training, full uniform, and genuine career pathways. You will travel regionally, work on AGCO hay gear, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers, with support to obtain licences as needed.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Diesel Technician with 2–3 years post-apprenticeship preferred, recent graduates with proven ability encouraged.
• Experience with agricultural machinery is a bonus.
• Licence considerations: air conditioning and HC licences advantageous but not essential, support to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair AGCO hay and harvest equipment, seeders, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers.
• Work both in-branch and at customer sites, independently managing jobs.
• Build relationships with customers as the face of WSB in the field.
• Collaborate with the team and share knowledge to keep learning.
• Take ownership of your work and maintain high service standards.
