Job summary

Zeal Personnel is seeking Mobile Plant Operators for a DIDO role in the North Eastern Goldfields. You’ll be bused from Perth to site for 2 on/off shifts, with hourly rates of $50–$60 depending on experience.

Initial engagement up to 12 weeks, with potential for temp-to-perm for the right candidates. Requirements include WA HR-eligible or equivalent licence, White Card, strong safety record, and ability to pass medical and drug/alcohol screenings.

Qualifications

• Current & Valid WA Drivers Licence (HR preferred, not essential).
• Construction Induction certificate (White Card).
• Excellent Safety, work ethic and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical; along with completing onsite routine drug and alcohol screenings.
• Current National Police Certificate (NPC) or the ability to obtain one.
• PEM standards (audiometry, spirometry, musculoskeletal) and a National Police Clearance within last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate 35t-50t Excavators, D7/D8/D9 Dozers, Padfoot/Smooth Drum Roller, Articulated & Rigid Water Carts, CAT745 Dump Trucks in production earthworks/mining environments.
• Work on a DIDO roster with bus transport from Perth.
• Mobilise within three weeks and pass site screenings.
