Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Staff Nurse for our Dialysis Center network across multiple Australian clinic locations. You will deliver dialysis treatments, monitor patients, and participate in multidisciplinary care with compassion and precision.

You'll be registered with AHPRA, hold a current practicing certificate, and demonstrate nephrology nursing expertise. Join a team committed to safe, patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered as a general nurse with AHPRA
• Current practising certificate
• Nephrology nursing theory and practice
• Demonstrated clinical competence in nephrology nursing or working towards it
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary team
• Organisational, decision-making and problem solving skills with self-direction
• Ability to educate staff and patients
• Knowledge of nursing practice in nephrology and dialysis
• Experience in Renal/Haemodialysis environment with dialysis knowledge
• Computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient progress
• Provide patient-centered care in haemodialysis setting
• Participate in clinical, management, education and quality activities
• Maintain accurate patient records and respect privacy and confidentiality
