About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer for an initial 3-month contract based in Melbourne. This role is ideal for a seasoned DevOps professional with a strong background in CI/CD, automation, and enterprise software delivery, preferably within the Telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application delivery and infrastructure automation.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline software release processes.

Manage source code repositories and build automation platforms.

Drive DevOps best practices including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), continuous integration, and continuous deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

10–15 years of overall IT industry experience.

Proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer in enterprise environments.

Strong hands‑on experience with:

• GitHub
• Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
• Experience designing and managing automated deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies.

Highly Desirable

Experience with JFrog Artifactory or similar artifact repository management tools.

Candidates must be open and willing to learn JFrog if they have not previously worked with it.
