XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive transformation and automation across client projects. You will implement CI/CD pipelines, automate testing for frontend and backend, and secure deployments in cloud environments.

We value 10+ years of experience in systems transformation and automation DevOps stacks, with proficiency in Linux, cloud platforms, and modern tooling like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, automation and testing pipelines.
• Proficiency with security tooling (Nessus, PRISMA) and cyber compliance.
• Strong Linux, cloud and database management know-how.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate frontend and backend testing and deployments.
• Ensure security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with Agile teams using Jira/Confluence.

Technical skills:

DevOps engineers need to be proficient in a variety of technical skills, including:

• Testing: Unit testing for both Frontend and Backend, Storybook/Vitest/Jest
• Security: Cyber Compliance, Vulnerability fixes, SIEM, Pentest, Nessus, PRISMA etc.
• Security: Skills to investigate threats, analyze code, and assess vulnerabilities
• Linux: Knowledge of Linux, an open-source operating system, to automate applications and testing environments
• Cloud computing: Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Database management: Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases
• Agile ways of working through Python, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, React
• Certified in IT(Devops, Automation , Full stack etc)
