SQC’s device production pipeline turns quantum science designs into fabricated, tested devices, moving from scanning tunnelling microscope (STM), through cleanroom processing to cryogenic measurement at millikelvin temperatures. As Device Operations Manager, you will own that pipeline end to end.
You will sit at the intersection of quantum science, fabrication, and measurement, coordinating design readiness before device fabrication, tracking progress through the STM and cleanroom, and closing the loop with the fridge measurement teams. You will decide which devices are prioritised at each stage, balancing competing scientific and strategic demands, and you will own the throughput and yield that result.
This is a role for someone who can move fluidly between technical and operational detail, who is comfortable making prioritisation calls with imperfect information, and who can hold multiple technical teams to a shared standard of readiness.
