• Lead and manage an engineering team, owning their growth, delivery and performance

What we are looking for

• Strong .NET experience with hands-on design and delivery
• Proven leadership or Tech Lead experience with the ability to grow and inspire a team
• Deep knowledge of Microservices, Event-Driven Architectures and Domain Driven Design
• Commitment to engineering best practices, test-driven development and high-quality systems
