Scape Australia in Sydney is seeking a Development Manager to oversee the front-end delivery of our mixed-use projects, including Retirement Living, PBSA and Build-to-Rent, ensuring planning and acquisition outcomes align with our strategic and sustainability targets.
You'll manage the development, design, procurement and construction workstreams, coordinate architects and engineers, and represent TLC with planning authorities, joint ventures and external consultants.

As Development Manager, you'll be a key player in overseeing the delivery of our mixed-use projects, including Retirement Living (RL), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build-to-Rent (BTR) - helping ensure our planning and acquisition outcomes align with our strategic and sustainability targets, and that every project we deliver is a best-in-class living environment.
You'll manage the front-end delivery of complex, large-scale projects, working across development, design, construction and ESG, while representing TLC with authorities, joint venture partners and external consultants.
